Eastwell Manor Wedding Photography – Sam & Becky’s Stunning Wedding
I love Eastwell Manor.
Eastwell Manor Wedding Photography does not get much cuter than this. The exterior is quite fantastic and the grounds simply superb. The interior is quintessentially English. Marvellous wood panels, chandeliers and huge windows look out over the grounds. Its always a pleasure to photograph a wedding there. Sam & Becky’s wedding proved to be no exception!
If you follow my Facebook page you’ll have seen Sam & Becky before . . i did a feature on their engagement shoot.
As a wedding photographer you become a bit of a meteorologist too. You look at the weather all week. Now it said that Ashford and more specifically Eastwell would be raining in the morning and bright sunshine in the afternoon. For once they were spot on. Becky got ready in the main bridal suite at the hotel. A sumptuous room with enough room for bridesmaids, mums and hair and make up people. It was raining. But at 12.oo the sun broke through. By 1.00pm it was glorious! Big white fluffy clouds too! WIN!
The ceremony took place in the hotel. The room looked fantastic as the guests arrived. The groom cut a debonair figure as he greeted everyone. The white roses looked fantastic as the wedding guests spilled from the bar onto the wonderful terrace.
Becky and her two Bridesmaids made a simple yet stunning entrance. As per nearly all weddings i’ve photographed the Groom, Sam, looked terrified! But the first look at his Bride and the nerves disappeared. Their smiles beamed out.
A couple of readings punctuated the ceremony before they were officially announced man & wife.
Drinks and canapés on the terrace followed with close magic performed by Robert Fox. To say he had the audience eating out of the palm of his hand was an understatement!
The formal shots were taken and as you’ll see from the wedding photographs below Sam & Becky looked sensational.
A short walk across the grounds to the Chelsfield Suite for the Wedding breakfast followed. A great breakfast with superb speeches. The couple had hired a London Taxi that had been converted into a Photo Booth! This also proved a huge success. The DJ had set up and after a game of Mr & Mrs (quite brilliant by the way!) it was time for the cake cutting and first dance! This was brought to a huge climax by 5 confetti cannons. If you’ve ever seen confetti cannons in an enclosed space you’ll know the result was a whole lot of craziness!
A quick rendition of the “Electric Slide” followed before the night really kicked in.
Weddings don’t get much better than this. Sam & Becky (and Eastwell Manor) i salute you. . .
I just got this through the other day. . I have the best couples. Fact!!
